Our beautiful island of Jamaica has a problem .We, the people have a problem . Our women are dying and no one is really caring. It seems like evey week at least one woman goes missing and /or mercilessly killed .Evil no longer lurks in the dark. You can tell your children, your girlfriend, your mother , your wife to be alert but it is often who they know that do the wrong to them . Our ‘ informa fi dead culture,’ needs to stop or else crime will continue to rape the fabric of our society. For all the women who have lost their lives , I cry for you . I pray that justice will be served. I hope you found freedom in the heavens . Please be our eyes from above, whisper in the ears of the the abused and alert s to the dangers that continues to lurk near. RIP Jamaican Queens

Etana .. The Strong One.. Badminism

etana

I love being Jamaican for the most part but it comes with a price. The price we pay for being Jamican comes to the forefront when one falls out of the favour  with theie “fans”.

Think Usain Bolt after the Olympics and the saga  that follow his “exploits.”

Now think Etana after the interview with Anthony Miller. She was chastice for saying that she supported Donald Trump.People cuss her out because she tried to explain the reasoning behind her migration  and dem nearly buss har head when she try  fi speak up bout the poor people dem .

I watched the interview and she didn’t seem like the brightest  flame nor did she seem like the dullest but she did seem human . The last time I check humans are not without their flaws  and  some humans are clueless and not proberly informed, right?

Nevetheless, I think the root of all this lashing out is BADMIND. Jamaican people badmind. Dem nuh like fi see people progress and worse if you black .So of course the point about the  state of the island in terms of the government and the poor people got lost and probably miscontrued as more a downright rejection of Jamaica rather than a damn blatant significant fact.

Yes I said it .. JAMAICAN PEOPLE HAVE BADMINISM

Let’s break this term down in layman terms:

Badminism is when you refuse fi support a particular business, venture or idea because you nuh want di other person fi mek a money ,survive or even progress pass yu. How dare they?

Badminsm is when you know some information but you keep it fi youself because  you alone fi strive, right?

Badminism is when somebody whe yu presume is better advantage than you , makes an assessment of a particular situation and offers dem opinion and you tek it  and cuss dem seh dem nuh fi taklk bout it because dem no inna di same boat . (Think Etana).

So yes, Etana has migrated because the state of the the country is not condusive for her survival but wasn’t she born and raised here ? And hasn’t she experience life here enough to warrant the expression of her sentiment?

I am in agreement with a lot of unno that she should probably  put her money weh har mouth is , but proably like you and me,she no have no money? Money have away of coming and going by the blink of an eye, she praobably as bruk as yu. Yet, the mere fact that she spoke about the situation   shows that the situation is one that needs to be remedy.

Many people tink Merica life sweet.. and hence wen somebody deh ya so yu tink dem bread butter. That’s where unno get it wrong.. Life is a Merica full up a more bills than Jamaica ..Money tun p ..Bills tun up.. Cold tun up.. Police killing tun up.. Hospital bill tun up..

Stop watch di barrell and tink seh money running. Nuff time is free clothes, free food, food stamp money  pack di barrel and nuh time is 3  or four  jobs one haffi tek fi call demself “econonomically advantage”.

Etana might be scrapping together scraps off the table just like you , the only difference might be that the government handout might be a little bit more, so stop Badmine di gal and Badmouth her just because she talk bout the state of Jamaica.

She might have migrated but her heart still belongs to Jamaica . So dash weh di badminism and rally the government for change for the betterment of all Jamaicans.

Cause foreign life aint no sweet …sometime you haffi sleep inna house without heat.. (inna di winter).

We Lickle but we tallawah (Top 10 Jaminating Events at the Rio olympics)

The Olympics  games  are finally over  and it was one of the best Olympics I have ever  seen especially  for our little Nation of 2.8 million people. We are truly a force to be reckoned with in both sports and academics. Staying true to the saying : ” one one cocoa full basket” and” every mickle mek a muckle wi” brought home   6 golds 2 silver   and 1 for a total of 9 medals . Our poise, our  dedication and overall determination was on show . Some athletes pushed themselves beyond their personal best . Some surprised themselves when they medaled , while others just solidified their status of being legendary.

To all the 63  athletes, coaches , doctors, officials and managers that made  up the Olympic team , I just want to extend my gratitude for your hard work and dedication.

Here is  a  recap of all the glory:

Olympics started, officially, on August 6th  with the opening cermony .Shelly- Ann hair  was on fleek  and she radiated the spirit of the nation through her style and smile. We were excited because history was about to repeat itself . Our hopes of medals  rested in the hands of those we were seasoned to but little did we know that history would be made over and over and over again. Fast foward to August 12, the Jamination began . We jaminated and dominated the track and field because back a yaad fi know how fi run from the lick den weh wi parent  a gi wi, run from di the goat weh wah buk wi, .. fling stone fi bus sombody head or fi tek a mango affa the tree, jump ova puddle a water when rain fall and the big pot hole full up because govament naah fix the road dem.

Love Letter to Jamaica

jamaica map
Jamaica, Jamaica
I dream of you everyday
how I wish you were near
and not far away
I want to touch you
once more
caress you to the core
feel your vivacity embracing my body
feel your creativity underneath my skin
feel your determination and desire to win
I miss you so dearly and as the days go by
My love affair with you will never ever die
I have been many places
I have seen many faces
but nothing compares to your magnetic stare
and in your arms, I have no fear
The undeniable mark that is imprinted on my
heart
will never disappear so we will never part
and when I think that I am going to forget
I look in the sky and I see the sunrise and sunset
and that alone gets me so high
brings me back to reality
cementing the fact  that without you
I just can’t  truly free to be me
So today on your special day
this is what I have to say
continue to be that great little dot
Shining you light from your  favorite spot
and never ever lose your  vitality and determination to win
cause that a lone is a very grave sin.
Happy Independence Day Jamaica.. Love you to the Core and so much More

The Power of the Jamaican Penis

emancipation-statue
My son discovered his penis and he is only 11months. The discovery of his penis came about when he tried to pull his older brother penis while he was on the potty. So,I showed him his own and the rest is history.

Now,I struggle day in and day out to keep a diaper on him as well as, my floor dry.I have suddenly began reliving my high school sprint days since I am constantly chasing him to keep them on. On a normal day,he would pull his diapers off and proceed to pull his penis from side to side,up and down , but the look of overall fascination on his face often have me cracking up.

So today, my daughter curiosity got the best of her and she asked, “ Mommy, why does BooBoo keep touching his penis. And ,of course, me being the genius when it comes to the  subject matter of penises said:” Oh, it’s because he just discovered. It . It is a phase and it too shall pass”.

LiE….. LIE.. What a bare face  lie!!!!!!

penis2

MY son blood is Jamaican

and

THAT ALONE SAYS HIS FASCINATION WITH HIS PENIS WILL NEVER FADE.

Jamaican men love their penises, its their pride and joy, their crowning glory.There are some men who have “it” and others who have the thick log with the captain hook and need not have “pretty”looks.. This anaconda type equipment finds it’s way into songs.Even the act of how to use such  “blessing’”such as “digging out the red”and “daggering” is  glorified in the music. The Jamaican penis might   be the only one in the world that is referred to as the “rod of correction”, able to fix all your ailments in a calorie burning, sweat pumping way.

I once  heard about a fellow who  could only wear boxers because the brief couldn’t hold his thing comfortably enough. Additionally, In 2005, the sight of one of the  thick log impregnated me, broke me and send me thousand of miles away to the land of the Rising Sun.’

The penis is the brain of a Jamaican man , that is what he uses to do most of his thinking, planning his future with every stroke. In his mind, he knows that if him give Pamela him “ting” , Pamela ago tie to him. A Jamaican man who invites himself to your house for  breakfast , lunch and dinner, is no way licky licky, and nyami nyami, he is only trying to  devise a plan to get his hook into your nook and cranny. Beware!!

A proper description of the Jamaican penis is more align with it’s function. That piece of instrument operates like a speculum( that  clamp used for Pap smear test), that bicycle at  the gym , and more aptly a good dentist cleaning since it touches the nerves and the  cavities. It has the power to make a woman sadistic, masochistic, elastic, erratic ……………..need I say more Encountering the Jamaican penis , you will probably try to run away or end up practicing some yoga move.

Jamaican men have no shame in telling anyone how they use the rod of seduction to move ahead, wining and dinning the tourist and the foreigner who are clueless bout the effects  of the magic wand.

No other penis in the world compares to the Jamaican penis ,as no other penis has been  talked about and researched as much.  In 2015, it was ranked  10 as one of the country with the “big bamboo” coming at an average size of 6.4 inches and that was just the length alone. Though not the largest penis in the  world, it is certainly in demand because of its ability to rhythmically adjust its` stroke as needed.Additionally, the Jamaican penis comes with two strong legs, lots of muscles and flexibility.There is true power in the Jamaican penis.

penis

So when you see a Jamaican man mek sure you tell him  “walk good with you good hood/wood”
